研究了可编程序控制器在离心机液压控制系统中的应用问题 ,详细讨论了经典 PID算法及其改进形式 ,应用经验凑试法现场整定了 PID参数 。

The problems existing in the application of programmable controller (PLC) to the hydraulic pressure contral system in centrifugal casting machine were studied. The classical PID algorithm and its improvement were discussed in detail. The PID parameters have been determined by trial and error method. In addition the corresponding closed loop control programs have been worked out.
