专业文化的提出,是高职院校在职业教育实践的基础上,从文化的视野反思和关照其历史积淀、自身努力和外部环境影响,开始由纯粹的职业技术教育转向职业文化教育。这一转向突破了以往传统职业技术教育的概念和范畴,把关注的重点放在受教育者与职业的结合上。其中,专业文化内涵、专业文化建设和专业文化结构是专业文化研究的重点。
