应用化工技术专业创新人才培养模式的探索与研究

The Exploration and Research on Talents Training Pattern of Applied Chemical Technology Spciality

从高等职业教育人才培养目标与定位分析入手,探讨高职教育人才培养中存在的问题,对应用化工技术专业人才培养模式进行了设计。以对接产业需求为目标,以能力递进为主线,提出了适应石化产业结构升级的"六对接三递进"人才培养模式,探索了人才培养模式的设计与实践。

Starting from the aim and location of education in higher vocational school,the talents training problems of higher vocational education is exploration,the talents training pattern of applied chemical technology spciality is designed,according to the demand of＂cooperation between school and enterprise、combining learning with working＂,taking demand of connecting industry for target and the gradual ability enhancement as the mainline,the cultivating pattern of ＂six connect,three progressive＂ adapting to upgrade of petrochemical industry is put forward,the design and implementation of cultivating pattern is discussed.
