摘要
在分析职业能力标准开发方法与模式的基础上,提出了从院校角度通过建构职业能力标准框架,解构职业能力标准,以实现人才培养标准的统一和规范。
On analyzing the vocational ability standard method and mode on the basis of development,the article puts forward from the perspective of colleges and universities through the construction of professional ability standard framework,deconstructs vocational ability standard,implementation to the transformation and application of the standard paradigm.
