New staff induction training can transfer of corporate values and the core concept successfully and help new employees familiar with the work environment and job requirements as soon as possible.This paper focuses on the construction of new staff induction training system which includes training needs assessment,training content and methods,training implementation and training effect evaluation of the new employee training system of the small and medium-sized enterprise.The basic role and methods of training needs assessment have been emphasized and typical methods of training have been suggested.
