摘要 成功的新员工入职培训可以传递企业价值观和核心理念,帮助新员工尽快熟悉工作环境和岗位要求。从培训需求分析、确定培训内容和方法、培训组织实施以及培训效果评估等方面探讨了中小企业新员工入职培训体系的构建,强调培训需求分析的基础性作用,重点介绍了培训需求分析的内容和方法以及典型的培训方法。 New staff induction training can transfer of corporate values and the core concept successfully and help new employees familiar with the work environment and job requirements as soon as possible.This paper focuses on the construction of new staff induction training system which includes training needs assessment,training content and methods,training implementation and training effect evaluation of the new employee training system of the small and medium-sized enterprise.The basic role and methods of training needs assessment have been emphasized and typical methods of training have been suggested.
