发达国家早在上个世纪7 0年代就开始对城市雨洪、雨水径流污染等问题展开系统研究,经过数十年研究和工程应用已逐渐形成系统的雨洪管理体系,代表性的有美国的最佳管理措施(B M P s)和低影响开发(LID)、英国的可持续排水系统(SUDS)、澳大利亚的水敏感性城市设计(WSUD)、新西兰的低影响城市设计与开发(LIUDD)。
