经阴道手术治疗剖宫产疤痕憩室的临床疗效分析

Analysis of Clinical Efficacy of Transvaginal Defect Repair on Post Cesarean Scar Defect

目的分析经阴道手术治疗剖宫产疤痕憩室(PCSD)的临床疗效。方法选择2012年1月至2012年12月于本院经宫腔镜确诊的42例PCSD患者为研究对象,将其按照治疗方法分为人工周期药物治疗组(n=24)和经阴道手术治疗组(n=18)(本研究遵循的程序符合本院人体试验委员会所制定的伦理学标准,得到该委员会批准,并征得受试对象本人的知情同意,与之签署临床研究知情同意书)。2组患者年龄、剖宫产术史等一般情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。比较两种治疗方法的临床疗效。结果2组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经阴道手术治疗PCSD疗效好,复发率低。

Objectives To analyze the clinical efficacy of transvaginal defect repair on post cesarean scar defect（PCSD）. Methods From January 2011 to December 2012,a totle of 42 women with PCSD were included int the study,and divided into oral contraceptive pills group（n= 24） and transvaginal defect repair group（n= 18） according to their treatment. The study protocol was approved by the Ethical Review Board of Investigation in Human Being of Guangdong Women and Children Hospital. Informed consent was obtained from each patients. There were no significant differences in general clinical data between two groups （P〉 0.05）. Results There had significant difference in clinical curative effect between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusions Transvaginal defect repair is a effective surgical approach for PCSD, and it can decrease the recurrence rate of PCSD.
