摘要 针对煤矿综采工作面低压供电系统难以满足供电需求的状况,冀中股份公司邢台矿对采煤机的供电与启动方式进行改进,将采煤机的单回路供电改为双回路供电,并使采煤机的2个回路延时启动,改善了采煤机的需用系数及启动电流。结果表明:采煤机的双回路延时启动供电方式较采煤机单回路供电方式更加适合邢台矿的实际生产需求。 Based on coal mine fully mechanized working face of low voltage power supply system was difficult to meet the demand of power supply situation,Xingtai mine of Jizhong Energy Corporation,shearer ’s power supply and the startup mode were improved,single loop power supply replaced double circuit power supply and made the shearer two loop delay start,improved the demand factor of shearer and starting current.Results showed that the double circuit delay launch of shearer power supply mode was single loop power supply for shearer and it was more suitable for xingtai mine actual production needs.
