摘要
变频调速在煤矿机械上的应用具有显著的节能效果,随着变频器的广泛应用,作为矿用变频器核心部分的整流回馈单元也日趋完善。在整流环节,电源出现的波动或相电压缺失都会对整流模块造成致命的损害;而回馈部分,需要可靠地进行换流,一旦换流失败将导致逆变颠覆,甚至导致重大事故。文章提出的检测与控制电路,可以保证整流回馈单元的正常工作,可以满足绝大多数变频设备的要求。
Application of frequency control in coal mine machinery has obvious energy-saving effect.With the wide application of frequency converter,the simovert masterdrives,as the central part of the frequency converter,is improving and perfecting.In the link of rectification,there is the fluctuating of power supply or absence of voltage,which may result in severe damage to rectifier modules.For the part of feedback,we need commutation operate smoothly,if inversion failed,the contravariant would overthrow and even causing serious damage.This paper ddsigned an automatic transmission test and control circuit to ensure the simovert masterdrives works smoothly.The design can meet the needs of most frequency conversion equipments.
