摘要
鉴于原来合成氨气体净化工序铜洗工艺存在生产成本高、不利于环保等诸多劣势,河北冀衡(集团)化肥有限公司在进行技术改造时将原有的铜洗工艺改为高压醇烷化工艺。根据实际情况进行设计、改造后,可达到"零排放"、无污染的目标,同时也降低了维修费用,在节能降耗方面收效甚好。自开车以来一直运行安全、稳定、可靠,各项指标符合要求,达到了预期效果。
In view of the fact that the original copper wash refining process in production of synthetic anmmia existed problems of high production costs and not beneficial to environmental protection,the copper wash refining process of Hebei Jiheng Group Fertilizer Corporation Ltd.was substituted for high-pressure alcohol alkylation gas refining process by technological transformation.After the design and modification,the process could achieve the goals of ’zero discharge’and no pollution,and the costs and energy consumption were also reduced.Simultaneously every standard of operation design index was met,the desired effect has been reached.
