阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征儿童生长发育迟缓的临床分析

目的探讨儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)对生长发育及微量元素的影响。方法采用多导睡眠监测仪对OSAHS儿童进行睡眠监测,同时进行钙、铁、锌含量检测,对实验组与对照组儿童在身高、体重、头围、坐高及钙、铁、锌含量等方面进行分析。结果多导睡眠监测显示OSAHS儿童中男童无论轻、中、重度患儿均与正常对照组儿童有显著差异,而女童仅中、重度OSAHS患儿与对照组有显著性差异。轻、中、重组OSAHS患儿钙、铁、锌含量均低于正常对照组。结论 OSAHS的存在对儿童的生长发育有显著的影响。

Objective To investigate children with obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome on growth and trace elements. Methods Polysomnography monitor children sleep monitoring of sleep apnea syndrome （OSAHS）, calcium, iron, zinc content detection, the experimental group and the control group children in height, weight, head circumference, sitting height and calcium, iron, zinc content analysis. Results Polysomnography OSAHS children, boys, whether mild, moderate and severe in children with normal control group children were significantly different, and girls only significant difference in severe OSAHS children and the control group. Light, medium and recombinant children with OSAHS calcium, iron, zinc levels were lower than the normal control group. Conclusion The presence of OSAHS significant impact on the growth and development of children.
