基于高阶接触啮合理论的新型人字齿同步带传动设计 被引量:12

摘要 人字齿同步带因具有降噪、传动误差小、承载性能高等优异性能,在带传动领域备受关注。本文基于等共轭曲率高阶接触啮合理论,对具有高阶接触曲面特性的同步带与带轮齿廓进行研究,提出邻域间隙具有2阶无穷小的同步带与带轮齿廓的主要参数,并建立齿廓三维模型,为新型人字齿同步带制造、传动性能研究奠定基础。 Double helical synchronous belt transmission receives much concern with its excellent characteristics of de-noising,low transmission error and high carrying capacity.The profiles of synchronous belt and belt pulley were studied based on conjugate-curvature high degree contact mesh theory in the text.And the main profile parameters of transmission belt and belt pulley with two steps infinitesimal neighborhood gap were proposed.Finally the 3D profiles model was built.It laid a solid foundation for the manufacturing and transmission performance research for double helical synchronous belt transmission.
