摘要 针对PK型汽车多楔带,利用CATIA软件建立汽车多楔带和带轮的三维模型,通过ANSYS软件进行了汽车多楔带的网格划分,并导入多体动力学软件RecurDyn,通过MFBD(多柔性体动力学)刚柔耦合技术建立了汽车多楔带传动的动力学仿真模型,对汽车多楔带接触力和拉应力进行了传动性能仿真分析。给出了汽车多楔带的应力分布状态,分析了带齿和带背处的应力大小随时间的变化曲线,并分析了在多楔带啮合角度内带齿摩擦应力随啮合角度变化的情况,为汽车多楔带的设计、传动性能分析提供了一种数字化仿真分析设计方法。 Aiming at the PK type automotive V-ribbed belt,using the CATIA software,the automotive V-ribbed belt model and the pulleys 3D model is created,automotive V-ribbed belt mesh is based on the ANSYS software,and imports into the multi-body dynamics RecurDyn software to build up the dynamic simulation model of the automotive V-ribbed belt transmission through the MFBD(more flexible body dynamics) techniques.The transmission performance of the automotive V-ribbed belt,contact strength of belt surface and tension stress are analyzed.It gives the stress distribution between the belt and the gear belt,and the distribution state of the tensile stress.It provides a digital simulation analysis and design method to design the automotive V-ribbed belt shape,analysis the transmission performance,select the rubber and the powerful layer.
