我国农产品物流存在的问题及对策

The Existing Problem and Countermeasures for Logistics of Agricultural Products in China

近年来",菜篮子"问题每年都会引起社会各界的关注。农产品流通环节多、物流成本高无疑是制约我国农业经济发展的重要原因,要加快我国农业经济的发展,必须建立现代化的农产品物流体系,提高农产品物流作业效率,降低农产品物流成本。在统筹城乡发展的思路下,对制约我国农产品流通的物流问题进行分析,从政策环境、供应链管理、信息系统、物流主体、物流基础设施建设5个方面针对性地提出解决农产品物流问题的对策及建议。

In recent years, every year the community pay great attention to the the ＂food basket＂ problem in our country. In circula- tion of agricultural products, problems of the too many links and the high cost logistics is an important reason to restrict the development of agricultural economy in our country. So, to accelerate the development of China＇s agricultural economy, it is highly necessary to estab- lish an agricultural product logistics system to improve logistics efficiency and reduce logistics cost. In this paper, under the concept of coordinative urban-rural development, logistics problems to restrict the circulation of agricultural products in China were analyzed, countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from five aspects of policy environment, supply chain management, information system, logistics subject and logistics infrastructure construction to solve the problem in logistics of agricultural products.
