高速大功率电机消噪箱的设计与优化及其仿真分析

摘要 为了降低液压系统高速大功率电机的辐射噪声,设计迷宫型结构消噪箱进行降噪。通过计算流体动力学仿真,计算消噪箱内部流场,分析其声学特征,并对其结构进行优化。研究结果表明,优化后的消噪箱具有良好的消声效果,其分析模型可为工程降噪的可行性分析与优化设计提供有价值的参考。
