磁测法在GCr15钢制轴承零件残余奥氏体测试中的应用

摘要 介绍了磁测法检测残余奥氏体含量的原理,并对大量GCr15钢制轴承零件的残余奥氏体含量进行了检测。通过与X射线衍射法的对比分析,证明磁测法的稳定性好、灵敏度高,适用于残余奥氏体含量的检测。 The principle of magnetic survey method to detect the contents of residual austenite is introduced, and the content of residual austenite of a large number of bearing components made of steel GCr15 is detected. The magnetic survey method features good stability and high sensitivity through comparison with X -ray diffraction method, which is suitable to detect content of residual austenite.
