摘要
基于基尔霍夫定律和动力学原理,建立了电机以及执行机构动力学模型。提出了双闭环电动废气门精确开度控制策略,结合基于Matlab/Simulink平台构建的电动废气门动力学仿真模型,研究了变参数闭环控制、防冲击、压紧、快速响应、下止点自学习等控制策略。最后搭建试验台,从实验的角度对电动废气门精确开度控制策略进行了验证。
The accurate opening control methods for electric waste gate of turbocharger are researched. Based on the Kirchhoff law, motor and actuator dynamic model are developed. Dual-close loop accurate control strategy for electric waste gate of turbocharger has been presented. The variable parameters close loop, softlanding, close waste gate, self learning of the postion are investigated based on Matlab/Simulink plateform. In order to verify the presented accurate opening control strategy, test- bed for position control of electric waste gate has been constructed.
