进入21世纪以来,"煤电价格冲突"一直是困扰我国经济运行的一个备受关注的问题。煤电价格关系不仅影响两大行业自身的发展,也影响国民经济发展和人民生活。因此,分析研究我国煤电价格及其冲突管理具有重要的现实意义。文章在明确煤电价格冲突内涵的基础上,分析了煤电价格冲突导致的一系列影响,并系统地提出了化解我国煤电价格冲突的对策建议。

Entering the 21th century, the problem of ＂Coal-electricity price conflict＂ which is being widely concerned is always blocking our economic operation. The price relationship between the coal and the electricity influnces not only the two industries ＇development themselves,but also the economic development and the people＇s life. Thus, it has practical significance to analyse and research the coal-electricity price conflict management. This paper analyses the series influence which are brought by the coal-electricity price conflict and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to solve the price conflict on the basis of clearing the connotation of the coal-electricity price conflict.
