摘要
信息技术飞速发展对电路基板材料提出了更高的要求,具有更低介电常数的玻璃纤维在信息的快速传输中将起到重要作用。以无碱铝硼硅酸盐玻璃为基础玻璃系统,研究了玻璃组分中氧化硼含量的变化对玻璃纤维介电性能产生的影响。结果表明:随着氧化硼含量的增加,玻璃密度减小,极化率下降,玻璃的介电常数和介电损耗降低,具有较好的介电性能,为制备低介电玻璃纤维奠定了基础。
With the rapid development of information technology, the higher performances are required for the circuit substrate materials. The glass fiber with lower dielectric constant is playing an important role in the rapid transmission of information. This paper focused on the non-alkali aluminum borosili- cate glass system. The influence of boron oxide content on the dielectric properties of glass fiber was in- vestigated. The results showed that, with the increase of boron oxide, both glass density and polari- zability decreased, which reduced the dielectric constant and dielectric loss of the glass to some extend. The good dielectric properties will pave a way for preparation of low dielectric glass fiber.
