On the Innovation of Female Sex Workers Social Management from Social Work Perspective

性工作在中国大陆一直是备受道德谴责、游离于主流社会之外的"灰色行业",并日益发展成为严重的社会问题。随着社会的发展,对于性工作是否应该合法化的争论愈演愈烈。从社会工作的角度,跳出合法与非法的争论,依据中国大陆的实际情况,关于女性性工作者社会管理的创新,需要从对这一特殊群体的全面了解着手,保障人权与社会控制并举,唯有如此才能实现社会的长治久安与和谐发展。

Sex work in China's Mainland is＂grey industry＂which has always been moral condemned and not involved in mainstream society.It develops increasingly as a serious social problem.With the development of society progress,the controversy on whether sex work should be legalization becomes even more vehemently.This paper,based on social work perspective,jumps out of legal and illegal argument and according to the actual situation of China's Mainland,considers that the innovation of female sex workers social management should start with fully understanding about this special group,safeguard human rights and social control simultaneously.Only then can society be lasting stability and harmonious development.
