On the Expanding Consumer Demand of Shaanxi Province in the Twelfth Five-Year Plan Time Period

扩大消费需求,特别是扩大居民消费需求对促进陕西省"十二五"期间的经济社会发展具有重要意义。从陕西经济的发展实际出发,内陆省份的特性及近年来较高的投资率为扩大消费需求提供了必要性;而陕西省的人口及资源状况、当前的消费率及增长空间等为扩大消费需求提供了可能性。陕西经济的发展,要以缩小城乡差距、经济发展方式转变、完善的社会保障制度等措施作保证,以扩大居民的消费需求来实现。

It is significant for the economic and social development of the Shaanxi province in the Twelfth Five Year Plan Time period to expend consumer demand,especially to expend consumer demand of household.From the standpoint of actual economic development of Shaanxi,the characteristics of inland provinces and high investment rates in recent years offer necessity for expanding consumer demand;and the population,resource status,current consumption,growth space,etc.provide the possibility for expanding consumer demand.The economic development of Shaanxi will be promoted by narrowing the gap between urban and rural areas,transforming the economic development patterns,improving the social security system and expanding the consumption demand of residents.
