Toll受体在急性轮状病毒肠炎乳鼠动物模型中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的检测急性轮状病毒(RV)肠炎乳鼠小肠黏膜中Toll受体(TLRs)的mRNA表达水平。方法将30只乳鼠随机分为RV感染组(20只)和对照组(10只),RV感染后第3和6天处死乳鼠,无菌取出小肠,采用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测乳鼠小肠TLRs、γ干扰素(IFN-γ)mRNA的表达。结果与对照组比较,在感染后3 d,小肠黏膜TLR2~9、IFN-γmRNA表达的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),并且小肠黏膜TLRs mRNA处于低水平表达,在感染6 d后,RV感染组小肠黏膜TLRs、IFN-γmRNA表达水平未见增高,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小肠黏膜TLRs低水平表达可能是婴幼儿RV肠炎的发病机制。
