新疆回族不同糖耐量人群血浆胰高血糖素样肽-1水平比较

摘要 目的对回族不同糖耐量人群血浆胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)水平进行比较。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法分别检测新疆地区回族正常糖耐量(NGT)者30例,糖耐量异常(IGT)者32例,初诊2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者33例的空腹及OGTT 30、120 min的GLP-1水平。结果回族T2DM患者空腹及OGTT 30、120min的GLP-1水平均明显低于NGT及IGT者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。IGT者空腹及OGTT 30、120 min的GLP-1水平与NGT者相比略有下降,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论回族T2DM患者同样存在GLP-1分泌不足,提高GLP-1水平,可以有效降低血糖。
