影响体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠的相关因素分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的通过比较助孕患者中妊娠患者与未妊娠患者的临床资料,分析影响体外受精-胚胎移植临床妊娠率的相关因素。方法回顾性分析4 716例助孕患者,妊娠者2 023例,未妊娠者2 693例,比较两组的年龄、不孕年限、用药剂量等指标,筛选出提高妊娠率的有利因素。结果妊娠组的年龄(31.7±3.9)岁较未妊娠组(33±4.5)岁年轻(P<0.01),妊娠组中年龄在25~35岁占了80.4%,高于未妊娠组的71.6%(P<0.01);妊娠组平均获卵数、受精率、2PN率及优质胚胎率均高于未妊娠组;妊娠组移植2枚胚胎例数显著高于未妊娠组(P<0.01)。结论患者年龄相对年轻、不孕年限短同时卵巢反应性好,HCG日的黄体生成素及孕酮控制得当、可供选择的优质胚胎多是预测成功妊娠的有利因素;不管年龄大于>35岁或者非第1次移植周期的患者,移植2个胚胎的助孕结局最佳。
