甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白的研究进展 被引量：5

摘要 甲状旁腺激素相关蛋白（parathyroid hormone-relatedprotein,PTHrP）又称甲状旁腺激素类似激素（parathyroid hor-mone-like hormone,PTHLH）,于1987年被发现,由BURTIS等从高钙血症相关的恶性肿瘤组织中分离得出,因其基因结构及生物活性均与甲状旁腺激素（parathyroid hormone,PTH）类似,故称为PTHrP。
