开封市首次检出2株亚利桑那沙门菌的鉴定与分析

Two Rare Occurring Salmonella Arizonae Strains Detected in Kaifeng City

目的对开封市首次检出的2株亚利桑那沙门菌进行鉴定与研究。方法按照中华人民共和国国家标准,食品卫生微生物检验沙门氏菌检验GB4789.4-2010方法对该菌进行系统生化及血清学鉴定。结果经手工及VITEK2全自动细菌鉴定仪鉴定分离出的细菌为亚利桑那沙门菌。结论本次研究中分离出的沙门菌为罕见报道的亚利桑那沙门菌。

Objective To identify and study two Salmonella Arizonae strains detected in Kaifeng city for the first time. Methods Systemic biochemical and serological test methods were used to identify and study the strains, following the GB4789.4-2010, the instruction of Salmonella test methods for food hygiene, per the standards issued by the state administration department of the People＇s Republic of China. Results Both manually and VITEK2 auto bacteria identification machine tests indicated that the detected strains were Salmonella Arizonea. Conclusion The rarely occurring two strains detected in this study were Salmonella Arizonea.
