摘要
目的建立运用顶空-气相色谱法同时测定生物样品中甲醇、乙醇含量的方法。方法对生物样品进行顶空处理,取1.00 mL顶空气体进样,选择GDX-102柱进行色谱分离,以保留时间定性,峰面积定量。结果本方法检测血液样品甲醇相对标准偏差2.32%~5.28%,乙醇相对标准偏差2.29%~6.15%。不同生物样品在0.2 mg~1.0 mg添加范围内甲醇加标回收率92.0%~105%,乙醇加标回收率92.00%~102.00%。结论采用本方法同时检测检测生物样品中甲醇、乙醇的含量具有快速、准确、灵敏度高的特点,并适宜于推广、应用。
Objective to establish the top empty-using gas chromatography and determination in biological sample methanol, ethanol content method. Method of biological samples top empty processing, take 1.00 ml top air body sample, select the GDX-102 column chromatography separation, to save time qualitative, quantitative peak area. The results of this method sample of blood methanol relative standard deviation is 2.32 % - 5.28 %, ethanol relative standard deviation is 2.29 % - 6.15 %. Different biological samples in 0.2 mg 1.0 mg add range methanol is prevented.the recovery of 92.0 % - 105 %, ethanol is prevented.the recovery of 92.0 % - 102 %. Conclusion this method and testing detection in biological sample methanol, ethanol content is fast, accurate, and the characteristics of high sensitivity, and suitable for popularization and application.
