摘要
目的本文探讨用石墨炉原子吸收法测定罐头中的锡的实验方法。方法样品采用微波消解,以镍加抗坏血酸作为基体改进剂,塞曼扣背景,石墨炉原子吸收法进行测定。结果锡浓度在0μg~60μg/L范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9992;该方法检出限为0.62μg/L;回收率为95%~103%;。结论本方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等优点,适用于罐头中锡的测定。
Objective This paper examines by graphite furnace atomic absorption method for the determination of tin in canned experimental method Method the sample was digested by microwave, nickel and ascorbic acid as a matrix modifier, Zeemanbackground, graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometric.Results the concentration of tin in 0 ~ 60 μ g/L range and excellent linearity, the correlation coefficient was 0.999 2; the detection limit was 0.62μ g/L; the recovery rate was 95 %-103 %;Conclusion the method is rapid, accurate, high sensitivity, suitable for the determination of tin in canned.
