2010年三门峡市克山病监测分析

Analysis of Keshan disease monitoring result in Sanmenxia City in 2010

目的观察2010年三门峡市克山病病情,掌握克山病发病情况,为地方病防治提供依据。方法按照2010年河南省山病监测方案要求,在监测县进行克山病病例搜索并进行重点监测。结果共搜索心肌疾病病例89例,确诊克山病5例;重点监测临床查体和心电图检查938人,心电图异常221人,异常率为23.56%,拍摄X线胸片88份,心脏轻度增大21例,中度增大5例,普遍增大2例,2个监测村共查出慢型克山病5例,检出率为0.53%;潜在型克山病17例,检出率为1.81%,总检出率2.34%,无急型、亚急型克山病人。结论三门峡市克山病在得到基本控制后总体病情处于稳定态势,综合防控措施落实到位,病区克山病病情稳定。

Objective To observe of Keshan disease in Sanmenxia City, master of Keshan disease incidence, provide the basis for endemic disease prevention.Methods According to the 2010 Henan Province Keshan disease monitoring program requirements, in the monitoring of county of Kesban disease case search and focus on onitoring.Results for search myocardial diseases 89 cases, diagnosis of Keshan disease in 5 cases; focus on monitoring of clinical examination and electrocardiogram examination of 938 people, 221 people of electrocardiographic abnormalities, abnormal rate of 23.56%, taking a chest X-ray in 88, mild heart enlargement in 21 eases, moderate increases in 5 cases, general increases in 2 eases,2 monitoring village found a total of 5 cases of chronic Keshan disease, the detection rate is 0.53%; 17 eases of patients with latent Keshan disease, the detection rate is 1.81%, the total detection rate of 2.34%, no acute, subaeute Keshan disease patients.Conclnslons Keshan disease in Sanmenxia city under control after overall condition in a stable situation, comprehensive prevention and control measures put in place, area of Keshan disease stabilization.
