Survey on hygienic status of primary and middle school canteens in Luoyang city,2011

目的了解2011年洛阳市中小学校食堂卫生现况,为加强学校食堂卫生监督管理提供科学依据。方法 2011年5月,对洛阳市市区的123所中小学校食堂进行现场调查和问卷调查。结果 123所学校食堂均存在卫生状况较差的问题,高中学校从业人员的素质高于小学和初中的从业人员,小学学校食堂的从业人员个人卫生情况好于高中和初中的从业人员。结论学校食堂的卫生状况和从业人员卫生情况是洛阳市餐饮服务环节监管部门的工作重点。

Objective To understand the hygienic status of primary and middle school canteens in Luoyang city, so as to provide scientific basis for supervision management of school canteens. Methods The 123 primary and middle school canteens were survey and site investigation in Luoyang city,May2011.Results All of the 123 primary and middle school canteens are existing the problem of poor health, and the quality of employees of high school canteens better than elementary and junior high school practitioners, and the personal hygiene employees of primary school canteens better than the high school and junior school canteens practitioners. Conclusion The health status of the school canteens and the health situation of employees are the focus of the Luoyang city catering regulatory authorities.
