呼吸道合胞病毒荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条检测效能评价 被引量:1

摘要 目的评估呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条的灵敏度和特异性等检测效能。方法以培养的RSV和其他呼吸道病原体以及280例具有上呼吸道感染症状的患者作为标本来源。分别anjiang采用RSV荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条和胶体金快速检测试纸条检测同一份标本,分析两种检测试纸条的检测效能。结果荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条的灵敏度高于胶体金快速检测试纸条;对甲型流感病毒、乙型流感病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道腺病毒和肺炎支原体无特异性反应。结论 RSV荧光纳米颗粒快速检测试纸条在检测性能上高于胶体金快速检测试纸条。 Objective To evaluate the sensitivity and specificity of respiratory tract syncytial virus (RSV) fluo- rescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strip and other detection performance. Methods The specimen inclu- ding RSV, other respiratory pathogens and 280 cases of patients with symptoms of upper respiratory tract infec- tion were used as samples. The RSV fluorescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strip and colloidal gold rapid detection test strips were used to detect the same samples. Results The sensitivity of fluorescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strip were higher than colloidal gold rapid test strip, and there were no specific reaction with influenza A virus, influenza B virus, parainfluenza virus, respiratory adenovirus and mycoplasma pneumoniae. Conclusion The detection performance of RSV fluorescent nanoparticles rapid detection test strips are better than colloidal gold rapid detection test strip.
