摘要
白庄煤矿首次在中底层工作面应用综采工艺,是由于2013年的回采工作面以中底层为主,若不在中底层工作面推行新工艺、新技术,不仅意味着白庄矿综采的下马,而且受回采工艺和人力资源的影响,单产水平将大幅度下降,为实现中底层工作面高产高效,结合白庄矿井下支护实际,对原传统炮采工艺进行优化改进,在中底层工作面推行综采工艺,并取得成功,实现了高产高效。
Actual mining faces in Baizhuang Colliery lie predominantly in the middle and bottom, which makes it imperative to implement fully--mechanized mining technology with new techniques to avoid the influence of rain- ing technology and human resources and yield reduction. Based on the actuality of underground support in Baizhuang Colliery, the paper presents the optimization of traditional blasting mining technique and the imple- mentation of fully mechanized mining technology in the middle--and--bottom working face, which has achieved the high yield and high efficiency.
