摘要
对SLK分级机的悬浮式气流撒料装置进行了分析,发现该结构存在着送料筒的气流均匀性较差等不足。针对其存在的不足设计了新型气流撒料装置。进风弯管作为新型气流撒料装置的核心部件,其整流效果对于送料筒内气流均匀分布有着重要影响。借助于Fluent软件模拟两种弯管模型的速度场,研究其对偏移气流的整流效果。模拟结果表明,收缩管后加延伸管的模型2比仅具有收缩管的模型一对于入口不均匀气流的整流效果更好。
By analysis of the suspension type airflow bulk device of SLK classifier, a poor airflow uniformity of feeding tube in the structure was found. Aiming at this deficiency, the author designs a new airflow bulk device, whose core part is blast elbow and rectification effect has an influence on airflow uniform distribution of feeding tube. By using Fluent Software, velocity field of two elbows model is simulated and its rectification effect to mi- gration is studied. The results of simulation shows that rectification effect to entrance uneven airflow of Model 2 of shrink tube adding extension tube is better than that of Model 1 with shrink tube only.
