人需要激励,正确引导员工的工作动机,促使其为企业努力工作、创造效益,是激励机制的价值所在。一个好的激励机制应当在员工实现企业目标的同时满足个人的需求,不断增加其幸福度,从而使他们的积极性和创造性继续保持和发扬下去。作为国有企业,在竞争上岗、优胜劣汰方面存在先天不足,如果没有一个良好的激励机制把广大员工凝聚起来,国企的发展可谓事倍功半。
People need incentives. It is the value ol Incentive mechanism for enterprises to correctly guide the work motivation of the employees and to promote them to work hard and create benifits for the enterprise. An excellent incentive mechanism should meet the needs of the individuals and increase their degree of happiness continuously so that their enthusiasm and creativity continue to maintain and carry forward while the employees achieve the goal of the enterprise. Due to the existing deficiencies of position competition and survival of the fit- test, the development of state--owned enterprises can be described as less effective unless there is a better in- centive mechanism to gather together the majority of the employees.
