功能性消化不良患者抗焦虑、抑郁治疗前后的社会功能研究

Social Disability in Patients with Functional Dyspepsia before and after Antidepressant or Anti-anxiety Treatment

目的 :探讨功能性消化不良 (FD)患者抗焦虑、抑郁治疗前后的社会功能。方法 :采用社会功能缺陷筛选量表 (SDSS)对 2 0 0例患者进行了评定 ,将有社会功能缺陷的 72例患者随机分为研究组和对照组给予常规治疗 ,研究组同时给予抗焦虑或 (和 )抗抑郁药物治疗 ,疗程 2个月。结果 :FD患者的社会功能缺陷发生率为 36 % (72 / 2 0 0 )。社会功能缺陷与性别及情绪障碍存在与否有关。治疗后SDSS评分研究组明显低于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 0 5 ) ,社会功能恢复研究组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,SDSS评分与焦虑、抑郁障碍评分及其减分率有相关性 (P均 <0 .0 0 0 5 )。结论 :治疗FD患者的情绪障碍能改善社会功能 ,提高生活质量。

Objective: To study the social dis ability in patients with functional dyspepsia (FD) before and after antidepressant or anti-anxiety treatment. Method: 200 patients with FD were evaluated with SDSS. Among them, 72 with social disability were divided into 2 groups. The control group was given routine treatment. The experiment group was additionally given antidepressant or anti-anxiety treatment. The duration of treatment was 2 months. Results: The rate of social disability among patients with FD was 36% (72/200). Their social disability related to sex, anxiety and depression. The score of SDSS in the experiment group was lower than that in control group (p<0.01) and patients in experiment group had better social ability after treatment. The score of SDSS was correlated with the rate of decline of anxiety and depression (p<0.01). Conclusion: Antidepressant and anti-anxiety treatment can decrease social disability and qoality of eife of patients with FD.
