为满足市场对高强度高抗挤毁套管的需求,天津钢铁集团有限公司开发了80ksi钢级抗硫抗挤毁石油套管钢27CrMo圆坯。介绍了该石油套管钢的生产工艺路线,通过对钢中的磷硫含量、全氧含量、五害元素及气体含量的控制,使圆坯产品实现了生产。经检验,成品石油套管的抗硫性能和抗挤毁性能完全满足相关标准的要求,化学成分稳定,铸坯质量良好。
In order to meet market demand on high strength and high anti-collapse oil casing, Tianjin Iron and Steel Company Limited （TISCO） develops 27CrMo round billet for 80ksi grade H2S resistance and anti-collapse oil casing. The paper explains its production process route. The round billet is produced under the control of phosphorous and sulfur contents, total oxygen content, five harmful elements and gas content. Inspection shows that the H2S resistance and anti-collapse property of finish oil casing well meets the requirement by relevant standards. With stable chemical composition, the billet presents prime quality.
