摘要
介绍了天钢集团有限公司高速线材厂生产线在连续轧制生产过程中加热炉的进出钢动作步骤。对轧制短坯料时加热炉出钢节奏的不同步原因进行了分析,根据钢坯定位位置的不同,提出了钢坯定位延时出炉的辊道传送方法,实现自动出钢节奏的同步,提高了连续轧制生产过程中的出钢效率,有效提高了高速线材厂生产线的产量。
The author introduces the movement procedure of reheat furnace charging and discharging in continuous rolling production at High Speed Wire Rod Mill, Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited, analyzes the cause of furnace discharge interval asynchronism in short billet rolling and proposes a roller table conveying method with billet positioning and delayed discharging according to different billet positions. This method achieved automatic synchronism of discharge interval, improved discharge efficiency in continuous rolling production and substantially increased the production output in High Speed Wire Rod Mill.
