摘要
天钢高线厂具有两条摩根生产线,线材产品结构和质量控制不断完善,为进一步提高产品质量,对线材生产中炼钢与连铸、加热、轧制和冷却等工艺环节中容易出现的质量问题和成因进行了探讨。同时,对天钢线材生产中存在的表面裂纹和脱碳、划伤、麻面、折叠与结疤等质量问题进行了描述,并提出了相应的改进措施,使产品力学性能和表面质量趋于稳定,工艺操作水平不断提高。
High Speed Wire Rod Mill of Tianjin Iron and Steel Group Company Limited (TISCO) possesses two Morgan wire rod production lines, its product composition and quality control have been constantly improved. In order to further improve product quality, the authors discuss quality problems susceptible in the processes of steel-making and casting, heating, rolling and cooling and their causes, describe the defects of surface crack, decarburization, scratch, pitted surface, fold and scab in the production of wire rod at Tiangang and propose relevant improvement measures so that the mechanical properties and surface quality of the product tends to be stable and process operating skill can be increasingly improved.
