摘要 高炉煤气是钢铁企业生产中的主要能源,占企业煤气消耗的比例很大,在实际生产中由于煤气系统的不平衡导致了生产不连续、以外购能源代替高炉煤气等许多问题。介绍了高炉煤气的回收利用现状,在分析公司高炉煤气系统状况的同时,总结和梳理了高炉煤气的平衡思路,只有稳定高炉煤气供应,才能减少外购能源的消耗,降低能源消费成本。合理平衡调配煤气资源,科学制定煤气供需之间的平衡对策,对发展钢铁生产、降低能源消耗和增加企业经济效益具有重要的意义。 Being a main energy in the production, BF gas constitutes a large portion of gas consumption in an iron and steel enterprise. However, in real production, the imbalance of gas system causes many problems such as discontinuous production and substitution of BF gas with purchased energy. The paper introduces the current situation of BF gas recovery and utilization, analyzes the status of BF gas system and summarizes and clarifies the gas balancing concept, i.e., purchased energy and consumption cost can only be reduced when BF gas is supplied stably. Reasonably balancing and allocating gas resource and scientifically setting down balanced countermeasures between gas demand and supply have significant meanings to the development of iron and steel production, energy consumption reduction and economic returns expansion.
