一种水溶性AM/AA/AI共聚物的合成及性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 由丙烯酰胺(AM)、丙烯酸(AA)、烯丙基咪唑(AI)在过硫酸铵-亚硫酸氢钠氧化还原引发体系下合成了一种新型的AM/AA/AI水溶性三元共聚物。确立了最佳反应条件:AM∶AA=2∶1(wt%),单体AI的用量为0.1wt%(占单体总质量),引发剂用量0.45wt%,反应温度40℃;并通过红外光谱分析确认了AM/AA/AI三元共聚物结构。当NaCl,CaCl2浓度分别在12000 mg/L,1400 mg/L时,AM/AA/AI三元共聚物的粘度保留率分别约为41%,30%。 A terpolymer AM/AA/AI was polymerized in aqueous using acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) and allays imidazole (AI) as monomer. The optimized conditions were build with AM/AA = 2 : 1 ( wt% ), AI 0. lwt%, initiator 0. 45wt% , temperature 40 ℃. The AM/AA/AI was identified by IR spectra. It was found that the viscosity retention rate of the copolymer could be up to 41% and 30%, when the concentration of NaCl, CaC12 in the 12000 mg/L, 1400 mg/L solution, respectively.
