The New Progress of Oily Sludge Treatment Technology

油泥是炼化及油田企业在生产加工储运过程中产生的固体废弃物之一,油泥组成成分复杂,处理困难,其处理技术的开发已成为近年来研究的重点。本文主要介绍了焦化技术、热解技术、溶剂萃取技术、油泥调质一机械脱水技术、超声波脱油技术、热水洗处理技术等几种处理工艺技术及研究应用情况,并对油泥处理技术研究提出了展望。

The and transportation in oily sludge was one of the solid wastes generated in the process of the production, processing, storage refining and oilfield companies. Since its complex composition and processing difficulties, the processing technology development became the focus of the research in recent years. The coking technology, pyrolysis tech- nology, solvent extraction technology, a mechanical dewatering sludge conditioning technology, uhrasonic oil removal technology, hot water treatment technology, including any other several treatment technologies and research applications, were mainly described. Based on the above technologies, a new prospect for the research of sludge treatment technology was presented.
