超声辐射下一锅法合成2-乙酰氨基噻唑衍生物

One-Pot Synthesis of 2-Acetamide-thiazole Derivatives under Ultrasonic Irradiation

摘要 以α-溴代酮、硫脲和乙酸酐为原料,超声辐射下一锅法合成了一系列2-乙酰氨基噻唑衍生物,最佳条件是:以乙醇为溶剂,辐射功率为300 W,n(α-溴代芳基酮)∶n(硫脲)=1∶1,反应温度为30~35℃。该方法反应时间短、操作简单、后处理方便。目标化合物的结构通过1H NMR,IR和元素分析进行了表征。 An efficient one - pot method was used to prepare a series of 2 - acetamide, thiazole derivatives from α - bromoketone, thiourea and acetic anhydride under ultrasonic irradiation. The optimum conditioris were that ethanol as solvent, microwave power was 300 W, n (α -brominated aryl ketone) : n (thiourea) = 1 : 1, and reaction temperature was 30 - 35℃. The reaction procedures had the advantages of easy work up, short time and simple operation. The products were identified by 1H NMR and IR spectra and elemental analysis.
