离子液体中六方Cu_2O纳米晶的制备与表征

摘要 以1-正辛基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(OmimBF4)离子液体为反应介质,一水合醋酸铜为原料,采用离子热法合成了Cu2O纳米晶。分别采用透射电子显微镜(TEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、傅立叶转换红外光谱(IR)等表手段对产物进行表征。结果表明合成的Cu2O是分散性较好、尺寸均一、具有六方结构的纳米晶。 Cu2O nano crystallites were prepared by ionothermal method using the imidazolium salt 1 - Methyl - 3 - octylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate ( [ OMIM ] BF4 ) as the solvent and copper acetate monohydrate as raw materials. The as - prepared samples were characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X -ray diffraction (XRD) and infrared spectrometry (IR) . The results indicated that the Cu2O nano crystallites with Hexagonal structure were uniform and well dispersed.
