摘要
采用苯酐-尿素固相熔融法合成了一系列吡啶金属酞菁MTAP(M=Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Mn),并通过红外光谱、紫外光谱、X射线衍射等对其结构进行了表征。以二苯并噻吩(DBT)的正辛烷溶液为模拟柴油,双氧水为氧化剂,测试了吡啶金属酞菁催化剂催化氧化脱硫性能。结果表明:CoTAP的脱硫效果最好,6 h脱硫率为81.25%,是未加催化剂的空白实验(26.25%)的3.1倍。
A series of pyridine metal phthalocyanine MTAP ( M = Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Mn) were synthesized by solid - state melting method, and characterized by infrared spectroscopy (IR), ultraviolet -visible spectroscopy (UV -Vis), and X- ray diffraction (XRD). DBT solution in octane was used as model diesel, and hydrogen peroxide as oxidant. The catalytic activities of the samples were evaluated by the catalytic oxidation of dibenzothiophene (DBT) under 100℃. The results showed that CoTAP had the best catalytic activity with desulfurization rate 81.25% after reacting for 6 h, which was higher than blank test without catalyst(26. 25% ) 3.1 times.
