摘要 对以苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸为反应单体,丙烯腈为功能性单体,采用了核/壳聚合技术的合成苯丙乳液进行了研究。研究了丙烯腈的用量、软硬单体的比例、乳化剂及温度对乳液及其涂膜的性能影响。并对试样进行了红外光谱分析和热重分析。研究结果表明:改性的苯丙乳液比纯苯丙乳液的热性能有所提高,膜的耐溶剂性、耐磨性、耐水性、硬度等均有所提高,并得出丙烯腈用量为8%时效果最佳。 Styrene, butyl acrylate, and methyl methacrylate as the reaction monomers, acrylonitrile as the functional monomers, the core - shell polymerize technical synthesis of styrene - acrylic emulsion was studied. The amount of acrylo- nitrile, the ratio of hard monomer to soft monomer, emulsifier and temperature effects on the properties of styrene - acrylic emulsion and coating were explored. The samples were characterized by FHR and TG. The results showed that the thermal properties of all themodified membranes increased, with the solvent resistance, abrasion resistance, water resistance and hardness being increased. The optimum proportion for the amount of acrylonitrile was 8%.
