摘要
二茂铁具有特殊的化学结构,是新的有机非线性光学材料的研究方向。本文主要通过二茂铁甲醇,再与三苯基膦溴化氢形成二茂铁三苯基膦溴后,在碱性条件下与醛类衍生物进行固相研磨wittig反应,合成了对称型的1,4-二乙烯苯基二茂铁。产物总收率为28.77%,并通过核磁氢谱表征了合成产物及中间体的结构。该工艺具有操作简单,反应时间短,反应温和,收率高等优点。
The ferrocene with special chemical structure was one Of the research aspects of organic third - order non- linear optical materials. 1, 4 - diethenyl - benzen ferrocenylethene derivatives were synthesized mainly by the solid witting reaction of aldehydes ( aromatic aldehydes and heteroeyelie aldehyde) and ferrocene methyl triphenyl phosphate bromine under alkaline Condition and ferrocene methyl triphenyl phosphate bromine was preparedfrom ferrocenemethanol bromo - (triphenylphosphine) hydrogen. The total yield was 28.77%. The chemical structure of the products and inter- mediates was confirmed by NMR. The advantages of the novel process were simple operation, shorter reaction time and higher yield.
