摘要
使用聚羧酸系高效减水剂作为高性能混凝土的外加剂,即使在低剂量时也具有很高的减水性能。实验证明:聚羧酸系高效减水剂可以大大降低混凝土的粘度,同时还能有效地控制混凝土的塌落度。使用聚羧酸系高效减水剂对混凝土具有一定的缓凝作用,对比实验发现,使用聚羧酸系高效减水剂比使用磺化萘系减水剂凝固时间要长。使用聚羧酸系高效减水剂,28天后的混凝土强度比使用磺化萘系减水剂要提高10%以上。实验还证明使用聚羧酸系高效减水剂时,同时添加消泡剂可以降低混凝土的含气量,提高混凝土的强度。
Poly -carboxyl superplasticizer was used in high performance concrete. Compared with SNF plasticizer,poly -carboxyl superplasticizer had excellent water reduce ability in concrete even at low dosage, which also contributed to reduce concrete viscosity and to control slump loss. Poly - carboxyl superplasticizer had a lightly retard on cement hydration, so the concrete setting time was longer than that of using SNF admixture. By using poly - carboxyl superplasti- cizer, 25 days strength of concrete was more than 10% higher than that of using SNF admixture. Defoamer was used in poly - carboxyl superplasticizer to reduce air existing in the concrete and to improve the strength of the concrete.
