轻脱油加氢处理工艺制备润滑脂基础油研究

摘要 研究了以轻脱沥青油为原料,通过加氢处理生产润滑脂基础油的最佳工艺条件,并考察了加氢过程中反应温度及空速对基础油性质的影响。试验表明,当反应条件为:氢分压15 MPa、体积空速0.5 h-1、氢油体积比1000∶1、反应温度360℃时,所得基础油的性质最好。 The optimum process conditions of preparing grease base oil were studied by hydrotreating process with light deasphalted oil as raw material, and the effects of reaction temperature and space velocity on properties of base oil were studied in the hydrogenation process. Experiments showed that when the reaction conditions were that the hydrogen partial pressure was 15 MPa, LHSV was 0. 5 h-L, the ratio of hydrogen to oil was 1000 : 1 and reaction temperature was 360 ℃, the base oil had the best properties.
