摘要
研究了茯砖茶中碘含量的测定方法及方法的操作条件。将茶样在560℃温度下灰化后,用间接碘量法测定茶样中碘的含量。以KMnO4为氧化剂,在碱性条件下,茶样中的I-被KMnO4氧化为IO3-,并在酸性条件下加入KI与IO3-反应生成I2,用Na2S2O3对I2进行滴定,根据Na2S2O3的消耗量得到茶叶中的碘含量。
The determination methods of potassium iodine content and the operating conditions in Fuzhuan tea were studied. After the tea samples to be ashing at 560℃, the content of potassium iodate in the tea were determined by indirect iodine quantity method. In the alkaline conditions, the I- in the tea samples oxided for IO3 , with the KMnO4 as the oxidizing agent, then joined in KI under the acidic conditions and reacted with the IO3 to produce 12, lastly, titration by Na2S2O3 solution. The content of potassium iodate in the tea can be calculated according to the consumption of Na2S2O3 solution.
