摘要
建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定茶叶中的微量汞的方法,即先用5 mL硝酸和双氧水消化茶叶样品,而后测定消化液中的汞含量。汞浓度在0.00~5.00μg/L范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,得线性方程:If=5496.38x-47.714,线性相关系数r=0.9999。样品6次测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.8%,加标回收率为98.69%~101.6%。
A method of hydride atomic fluorescence measurement to determinate mercury in tea was discussed. Tea samples were digested with 5 mL of nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide. The content of mercury in digestive juices was measured. There was a linear relationship between the content of mercury and fluorescence intensity in the range of 0. 00 5.00 μg/L, the linear equation Is = 5496.38x-47. 714, and the linear correlation coefficient r = 0. 9999. The relative standard deviation of the samples measured 6 times was 1.8%, and the recovery rate ranged from 98.69% to 101.6%.
